Cristina Martín Lorenzo, CEO and Co-founder of Usyncro, a SaaS solution that synchronizes all the actors involved in a national or international shipment in a simple and transparent way using Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence. In 2023, Usyncro received the internationally prestigious recognition for the best “Tradetech Platform” awarded by Trade Finance Global (TFG) y BAFT (Bankers Association for Finance and Trade); also, she was highlighted by the Community of Madrid for its international contribution of the region overseas and finalist for the European Logistics Associations Awards. She is also CEO of ATML, an organization of agents and freight forwarders in Madrid that she founded 18 years ago. Martín is a Chemical Engineer by training, MBA Executive and is certified as an Air Freight and Transport Operator. She is co-leader of the Industry and Logistics Forum of the Spanish Association of Executives and Board Members EJE&CON and coordinator of the Digitalization and New Technologies group of FETEIA, the Spanish Federation of Freight Forwarders; as well as board member of Foro Madcargo, the Association of Air Cargo professionals. Member of the board of Alastria, a consortium formed by more than 70 companies to develop the Blockchain Ecosystem in Spain and she is also the coordinator of the Logistics and Transportation working group of Blockchain Cluster of the Comunidad de Madrid. She is part of the ALACAT Technology Commission dedicated to promoting digitalization for international trade between Latin America and Europe and is involved in European working groups on innovation in logistics.
