Claudia is a social impact entrepreneur. She is passionate about older adults and how to empower them, combining this with innovation and technology. She is a true believer in the magic that can happen when combining social entrepreneurship and technology! She has been named one of the top 100 women leaders in Spain, one of the 22 protagonists in 2022 by FORBES and one of the top female entrepreneurs in the field of Health by the Spanish Government. She is the Co-founder and CEO of Senniors; a health-tech start-up which is currently revolutionizing elder home care in Spain. With her team, she is re-designing how health care is planned, delivered, and received at home, by empowering older people to live longer, with a better quality of life and health in their own homes. Through a combination of heart and technology Senniors delivers professional care at home (through professional caregivers, neuropsychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, etc.) and also, tracks and monitors the health of the users, enabling medical professionals, caregivers and family members to have visibility of changes in health and well-being status of the patient. Senniors’ platform enables home health care at scale for older adults, in partnership with insurers, banks or corporates looking to engage their elderly, long-term care or “sandwich generation” portfolio, increase loyalty, and improve health outcomes to reduce costs and risks. Through Senniors, Claudia aims to shift the way that home care is delivered from a reactive to a preventive, personalized and predictive way. Prior to being an entrepreneur, Claudia worked in the Legal-Tech industry in Spain and California. She holds a solid academic background in Business, Law & Leadership in Spain and the US. Senniors has received different recognitions, such as being named the best InsurTech start-up in Spain and one of the top five X-Tech start-ups in the country.
