Ciprian Jichici is CTO and co-founder of FoundationaLLM, where he architects high-performance, secure platforms that operationalize AI in real-world enterprise environments. His current focus: delivering extensible agent ecosystems and graph-powered knowledge automation at scale.
Ciprian brings almost three decades of hands-on, enterprise-grade technical leadership in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and quantum computing. As a long-standing Microsoft Regional Director and AI/Quantum MVP, he bridges deep technical expertise with pragmatic platform execution. His experience includes serving as the GM of AI & Data and Advance Computing at Solliance and as the Chief Data Scientist of Solliance.
At FoundationaLLM, he’s building the orchestration layer for intelligent agents—combining LLM reasoning, ML models, and enterprise data pipelines to drive AI into production across sectors. His approach: practical innovation grounded in science and execution.
