Bryan Guinn

Bryan Guinn is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and defense-innovation leader with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and advising technology companies. He is the founder and former CEO of Prism Technologies Group, which he grew into an award-winning national managed services firm and Gold Microsoft Partner before successfully exiting through a strategic acquisition. Earlier in his career, Bryan built and led multiple technology businesses and has served on numerous boards and advisory councils spanning the technology, nonprofit, and business communities. In recent years, Bryan has focused his career on the defense technology ecosystem. As Chief Growth Officer of SBIR Advisors, he works with dual-use startups and scale-ups to translate commercial innovation into funded defense programs and scalable acquisition outcomes across the DoD and federal agencies. His work spans proposal strategy, program-office engagement, capture planning, and commercialization into sole-source and production contracts across the Air Force, Space Force, Army, Navy, SOCOM, and civilian agencies. Bryan is an AFCEA International 40 Under 40 and Distinguished Young Professional and remains active in advancing small business participation in defense innovation.
