BRIG GEN Jason Hawk, USAF (RET.)

Jason Hawk is the Senior Vice President of Programs for CoAspire, Inc., a prime missile defense contractor focused on delivering modular, scalable capabilities that enable affordable mass and autonomous operations. In this role, he leads the execution and growth of advanced missile and autonomy programs designed to deliver rapidly deployable, resilient capabilities to the U.S. and allied defense communities. Jason brings more than two decades of operational, strategic, and acquisition experience spanning military aviation, capability development, and national-level defense innovation. Prior to entering the defense industry, he served as a Brigadier General in the United States Air Force, where he held senior leadership roles shaping future force design and operational requirements. Most recently, he served as a Deputy Director for Air Force Futures at Headquarters Air Force, helping guide the development and integration of next-generation weapons systems, autonomous platforms, command and control architectures, and advanced sensing technologies across the joint force. Jason previously flew F-16 and AH-64 aircraft and commanded operational and maintenance organizations responsible for fighter readiness and global response. His career has been defined by translating emerging technologies into operational capability. Jason holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S Army War College.
