Beau Williamson

Beau has over 25 years experience advising clients in the United States and Europe on technology and business transformation. He has developed experience across many industries during 20 years as a partner at Accenture; including automotive, retail, hospitality, travel, and logistics. During his career, Beau has led and delivered large scale transformational programs with executive teams within the travel and transportation services, freight and logistics, retail and parcel delivery industries. He has worked with large teams on complex transformational programs delivering successful business outcomes for clients. Appointed as the Senior Managing Director of Slalom Florida in 2019, Beau is responsible for the all aspects of Slalom’s business in Florida and has grown the Florida business 300% YOY since inception by focusing on building trust based long-term relationships with clients and delivering measurable outcomes. Beau is passionate about the local community and has positioned Slalom at the center of Miami-Dade through pro-bono work Miami-Dade Beacon Council, Mayor Suarez’s Office via Venture Miami, and is actively investing in and growing local talent via Miami-Dade Community College and other educational platforms.
