Ayush Jain

Ayush is the Founder and CTO of Hello Recruiter, where he is building AI that handles the entire hiring process. The platform runs multi-stage interviews autonomously — HR screens, technical assessments, coding interviews, and whiteboarding — each stage building on what the AI already knows about the candidate. It has processed over one million candidates and caught more than 25,000 fraudulent applicants. Previously, Ayush was the CTO and co-founder of AssetIntel, a SaaS platform used by government and infrastructure organizations. There, he led the platform through SOC 2 Type II and deep compliance efforts, including FedRAMP and work with the Department of Defense. He is a multi-time founder, an inventor with multiple patents, and a hands-on engineer who has built and scaled complex systems in highly regulated environments. Ayush holds a Master's in Computer Science from Rutgers University. With deep experience across AI, cloud security, and enterprise platforms, he focuses on bringing practical, production-ready AI to HR. He is solving the real challenges of deploying AI in hiring — building trust with HR teams, catching fraud at scale, and rethinking what interviews look like when AI runs them.
