Ayal is Co-Founder of The LAB Miami, an ecosystem accelerator and innovation campus at the nexus of founders, investors, talent, and industry. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and ecosystem builder focused on designing platforms that drive collaboration, unlock opportunity, and scale regional innovation systems. Through his leadership, Ayal has played a key role in positioning Miami as a gateway for global tech expansion, particularly between the U.S. and Israel, by convening high-impact stakeholders and building bridges across emerging technology sectors. Prior to The LAB, Ayal was part of the founding teams of two Israeli startups that successfully exited, bringing firsthand experience in building and scaling ventures from zero to outcome.
