Throughout his career, Andrew Parker has focused on healthcare innovation that brings care to the consumer. In 2017, he founded Papa, a configurable care network addressing the social needs of older adults, underserved populations, and families. Under his leadership, Papa has scaled nationally to over 10,000 cities providing real impact to people across the USA. Papa partners with Medicare Advantage, managed Medicaid, Special Needs Health Plans, health systems, and employers, and has been recognized as one of the leading digital health companies in the world. Papa has raised over $250M dollars to scale its platform to provide a new kind of care, built on human connection. Prior to Papa, Andrew was part of the founding team at MDLIVE, a virtual care provider acquired by Cigna in 2021. His contributions to healthcare innovation have earned him recognition as one of Fortune’s 10 Innovators Shaping the Future of Health and one of Goldman Sachs' Most Exceptional Entrepreneurs. Andrew lives in Miami with his wife, Romi, and their dog, Chewie.
