Alvaro Schocair

Álvaro Schocair is the Founder and CEO of Link School of Business, a next-generation entrepreneurship-focused college designed to transform students into founders and innovators. Under his leadership, Link has built a dynamic ecosystem that integrates education, venture capital, and startup acceleration, supporting the creation of over 240 student-led startups in just a few years in Brazil. Prior to founding Link, Álvaro built his career in private equity at Tarpon Investimentos, one of Brazil’s leading investment firms, where he focused on long-term value creation and strategic growth initiatives. His experience in investing and building companies inspired his vision to reimagine higher education as a platform for entrepreneurship and real-world impact.
