Alejandra Winter

Alejandra Winter is a global innovation leader and ecosystem builder with over a decade of experience designing and scaling international programs that help startups, corporations, and governments compete globally. She currently serves as Director of International Programs at CIC Catalyst, leading cross-border initiatives across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. She has designed and led soft-landing and market-entry programs for more than 150 startups in biotech, healthtech, AI, sustainability, and dual-use technologies, working closely with partners such as ProChile, ProColombia, and the Seoul Business Agency. Alejandra is known for her belief that helping one startup succeed globally creates a ripple effect, strengthening entire ecosystems and transforming cities into engines of opportunity.
