Aaron Knowles

After retiring from over two decades in the U.S. Army, Aaron Knowles shifted his mission from serving in uniform to serving those transitioning out of it. Drawing from his experience as a senior public affairs leader with the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Aaron now writes and speaks about the realities of military transition—identity loss, purpose, and the challenge of translating elite experience into civilian careers. His work focuses on helping veterans reclaim their narrative while helping organizations recognize the leadership, resilience, and untapped potential within the veteran community.
