Aaron Crookes

Aaron Crookes is the Founder and CEO of Apricity Robotics, a healthcare technology company focused on expanding access to diagnostic imaging through robotics and automation. His work centers on developing robotic ultrasound systems that enable remote operation and, ultimately, autonomous image acquisition—unlocking faster, more scalable access to critical diagnostic information. Prior to founding Apricity, Aaron was a research engineer at Procter & Gamble, where he worked on autonomous systems and product development at scale. He left P&G to pursue Apricity full-time after receiving early non-dilutive funding, and has since led the company through early clinical collaborations and strategic partnerships with leading healthcare systems and industry stakeholders. Aaron brings a systems-driven approach to building at the intersection of robotics, AI, and clinical care. He is particularly focused on rethinking how medical imaging is delivered—shifting from a model constrained by specialist availability to one that is more distributed, efficient, and accessible.
