Kiki Del Valle
SVP, Digital Partnerships Latin America and the Caribbean, Mastercard
Kiki Del Valle is senior vice president of Digital Partnerships in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) at Mastercard. In her role, she and her team are responsible for executing Mastercard’s digital strategy with LAC digital merchants, fintechs, and technology partners. Along with her team, Kiki is responsible for expanding Mastercard’s digital footprint in the region and driving transformational efforts across digital payments across 45 countries and territories.
Prior to this role, Kiki was senior vice president of Digital Future at Mastercard, delivering digital product innovation and accelerating digital adoption through our existing tokenization and acceptance infrastructure. Her responsibilities included setting the Internet of Things (IoT) global strategy enabling payments in a wide array of consumer devices including automotive, wearables, smart home, and conversational commerce, and managing Mastercard’s partnership model with mobile network operators globally.
Kiki joined Mastercard in 2008, leading Digital Merchants globally in North America. She played a key role driving Mastercard preference, co-brand engagements, value-added services, and data insights. She led partner engagements with Operating Systems and Social Network players globally, and along with a broader Product team, launched proximity and remote wallet solutions (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Microsoft Wallet) leveraging Mastercard’s tokenization platform.
Before joining Mastercard, Kiki held roles in finance and new product development at The Home Depot and General Electric. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
