Natalia Jiménez

Natalia is the Business Development Director for Latin America at Deel, where she leads the company's expansion strategy in the region. Her focus is on driving the adoption of innovative digital solutions in Human Resources and payroll management for companies operating across multiple countries. Natalia holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Universidad Javeriana and an MBA from Inalde Business School. With over 15 years of experience, she has been part of the founding team of various companies, ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to tech startups. She has also collaborated with large corporations, significantly contributing to the growth of their operations and the strengthening of their portfolios. Beyond her business career, Natalia is an investor in several early-stage companies, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship in the region. As a mentor for women in technology at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) and a board member, she actively promotes empowerment and inclusion in the sector. She is also a speaker on global work and the future of work, as well as an artist in progress.
