Laura Gabrysiak

Laura Gabrysiak is VP of AI & Data Strategy at Gennius XYZ, where she leads the design and governance of AI and data capabilities in complex, regulated financial environments. Prior to joining Gennius XYZ, she spent nearly eight years at Visa, where she held leadership roles across data science, consulting, and Data Engineering (MLOps), helping scale AI in enterprise payments environments. She also serves on the University of Miami Frost Institute for Data Science & Computing Industry Advisory Board and is Founder of R-Ladies Miami.
