Kimberly Marshall, Managing Partner of Marshall Diamond, is an investor and advisor in high growth companies and funds, operating at the intersection of innovation, scaling and ESG. Leveraging experience with world class entrepreneurs and at iconic institutions including Uber, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Goldman Sachs, Marshall helps companies scale more effectively, efficiently and inclusively, and investors drive returns. As a senior advisor to Goldman Sachs’ $1B Launch With GS, Marshall helped craft and execute an investing strategy for high growth founders and venture funds. At the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Marshall developed the edtech investing strategy for higher education and future of work startups, intersecting with financial inclusion and the gig economy. At Uber, Marshall spearheaded strategic growth initiatives across product, operations and policy, contributing to their growth from 19 to over 400 markets. Marshall designed Uber’s first enterprise product concept, evaluated consumer equity, led the Uber Miami market pre-launch, and developed Uber's national stakeholder strategy, including championing Uber’s impact on future of work, drunk driving, accessibility and transportation equity. Marshall earned undergraduate degrees in Economics and French from Harvard University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Marshall serves on the Miami Dade Innovation Authority Board of Directors, the Perez Art Museum Miami Board of Trustees, International Women's Forum FL Executive Board, Black Angels Miami Founding Board, Black Economic Alliance Ventures Investment Committee and Known Advisory Board. Marshall is a Zeal Capital Partners Venture Scout, and is an alum of First Round Angel Track’s inaugural class, Sequoia Capital Scouts and Black Venture Institute. When not driving innovation, Marshall enjoys tennis, jumping off boats, giving back and exploring the world through food, wine and art – 57 countries & counting.
