Kenneth A. Finneran is a strategic, global, HR and talent executive, thought leader, author, innovator, entrepreneur, and community builder. Mr. Finneran has been leading the strategic, global human resources function since November 2021 for eMed, the leading digital healthtech company and Test-To-Treat pioneer on a mission to democratize healthcare. Prior to joining eMed, he served as VP, Global HR at Kaseya and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at National Beverage Corp. (Nasdaq: FIZZ), driving their respective hyper-growth talent & HR strategies as both organizations developed into multi-billion dollar enterprises (400%+ growth at each company). With over 25 years of global, senior-level HR experience, Mr. Finneran is an award-winning champion for the HR function, an engaged community and university partner advocating for innovative talent pipelines and pathways for emerging talent, and a much sought-after speaker on topics of strategic talent management and the future of HR.
