Harjit Singh is the Founder & CEO of Transacta Capital, a global buy-side M&A advisory firm partnering with founders, family offices, and growth-stage technology companies to scale through disciplined, operator-led acquisitions. Harjit founded Transacta after seeing a recurring gap in the lower-middle market: strong, profitable businesses with real momentum—but limited access to the right capital, partners, and leadership support to scale on their own terms. Under his leadership, Transacta works alongside founders as a long-term partner, helping them use M&A to expand capabilities, enter new geographies, and build durable platforms—without sacrificing culture or control. Through this approach, Harjit has helped founders transform $15–$20M enterprise-value businesses into $150–$300M+ platforms by combining strategic acquisitions, operational rigor, and thoughtful integration. His work spans AI-enabled services, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise software across North America, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Prior to founding Transacta, Harjit served as CEO of a New York–based family office, where he led long-horizon investment strategies and worked closely with operators and boards on value creation.
