David Rogove is the Founder and CEO of Maestro, the AI company building the agentic operating system for mortgage origination. Maestro uses AI agents to automate the end-to-end mortgage workflow, enabling lenders and brokers to operate faster, more efficiently, and at significantly greater scale. Rogove previously founded Wemlo, a tech-enabled mortgage loan processing platform for brokers that streamlined and automated the processing workflow, which was acquired by RE/MAX Holdings. He has spent nearly 25 years in the mortgage industry, and is passionate about modernizing mortgage infrastructure and building technology that meaningfully improves how lenders operate.
