Anayansy Hernandez

Anayansy Hernandez is a Miami-based entrepreneur, marketing professional, and community advocate dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders in the tech industry. Originally from Cuba, she immigrated to Miami at the age of seven and grew up with a passion for storytelling and community building. While studying Public Relations at the University of Florida, she began laying the groundwork for Yansy Media, a media agency designed to amplify the brands of local innovators and entrepreneurs. Over the course of her career, she has provided guidance and support to numerous startups and small businesses in the Miami area. As a former educator, she inspired and mentored students, and now, through Yansy Media, she provides opportunities for local interns to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing.
