Erika Cabo

Erika Cabo focuses her practice on the regulation, structuring, and compliance of blockchain and digital assets, derivatives, and complex structured products. She represents global blockchain companies, cryptocurrency exchanges, token issuers, digital asset funds, broker-dealers, and major financial institutions, advising on tokenization of real world assets, blockchain based capital markets transactions, token sales, and digital asset trading and investment. Erika regularly engages with regulators and policymakers, including representing blockchain platforms before the SEC’s Crypto Task Force and drafting comment letters on proposed SEC rules. She also advises on regulatory strategy for emerging market structure initiatives and helps clients anticipate and respond to evolving federal, state, and cross border regulatory frameworks, including securities, commodities, custody, and broker dealer requirements. Erika structures and negotiates U.S. and international transactions involving digital assets and derivatives and is fluent in Spanish.
