As the Vice President of Marketing for Panoramic Ventures, Tami leads the firm’s internal and external brand, content, and growth efforts. She also supports the portfolio of 65+ companies across sales and marketing initiatives. Additionally, Tami leads Startup Showdown, the startup competition open to early-stage entrepreneurs across North America. Prior to joining Panoramic Ventures, Tami helped build the community for digital events at SaaStr, the world’s largest community of SaaS executives, founders, and entrepreneurs.

Prior to her leap into entrepreneurship as co-founder of 31south, Tami joined one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS startups in the U.S. as the first marketing hire at Salesloft. She helped lead the company through Series A to B fundraising rounds and pioneered the Rainmaker conference.

She has also led Global Social Strategy for Women Who Code, the largest and most active community of engineers dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers.

Over a decade, she has worked with some of the world’s most innovative brands, including ActionIQ, Agility Recovery, Boeing, Cognism, Digital Hands, ilos, Keyfactor, Major League Rugby, SaaStr, Sendoso, Tricentis, and Women Who Code.
