Jorge Gonzalez is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of City National Bank of Florida (CNB), the state’s second-largest financial institution and among the Top 100 in the country.

Since taking the reins of City National Bank in 2009, Gonzalez has diversified and expanded the 75-year-old institution to include: Business and Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Commercial Real Estate, and specialty finance subsidiary BciCapital.

Driven by the vision to build Florida’s iconic bank, Gonzalez has grown the bank from $3 billion in tangible assets to more than $22 billion – breaking into the Top 100 banks in the country by asset size. CNB has more than 900 employees and 30 banking centers from South to Central Florida.

Jorge is married to Melinda Gonzalez, and they have 16-year-old twins.
