Joe Guagliardo is a partner in Dentons’ global Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice and co-leads the Dentons Global Blockchain and Digital Assets practice. He advises public and private companies on technology transactions and provides general counseling concerning technology and intellectual property development and commercialization, financing, regulatory and other cross-disciplinary legal matters facing emerging technology businesses in the global economy. Joe’s clients span a wide range of industry sectors and emerging technology subject matter including, among others, fintech, healthtech, adtech, blockchain, cryptocurrency and NFTs, big data and machine learning / AI, and e-commerce and fulfillment.
As a seasoned tech transactions lawyer who also draws on his prior business experience in the software industry, Joe is known for his practical approach to navigating the increasing complexities facing the technology industry where business, technical and legal/regulatory interests are often in conflict.
