Clara Bullrich is a Partner for Guggenheim Partners Latin America/ LJ Partnership, a leading independent, privately-held multi-family office with assets under management of US$ 5 billion. Clara has been at Guggenheim for 17 years providing investment advisory services, structuring direct investments, and performing trust and fiduciary duties for individuals, families and foundations. Most recently, Clara co-founded with Laura Gonzalez-Estefani TheVentureCity, which counts with $100 million fund and an accelerator and incubator of startups. As a General Partner of TheVentureCity fund, Clara has been key in investing in tech startups of all stages around the world. Because of the innovative and disruptive nature of TheVentureCity’s accelerator program, they have generated a lot of attention in the VC industry and have had access to top-notch startups and co-invested with Spotify, Andreesseen Horowitz, Airbnb, and many others. A few of the top investments include ride-sharing Cabify, self-driving technology company Optimus Ride and mobile wallet in Brazil Recargapay.
Clara has led in other disciplines including business development and entrepreneurial efforts for firms throughout the world. She holds board seats in 10 different companies in the US, Latin America, and Europe across different industries.
She is an active board member of Bass Museum. Contemporary Art is one of her passions. In addition, she enjoys mentoring women at high corporate levels in both Latin America and US by helping them trace their path to success.
